Yes, we have a $350 + WSST minimum charge for a diagnostic visit. After we diagnose the problem we will provide a written estimate for your repair.

Yes, we offer a warranty. Service: All parts are covered by the manufacturers warranty and we cover our labor with a 90 day workmanship guarantee. Install: Equipment is covered by the manufacturers warranty and we cover our labor for up to 1 year from equipment startup based on the terms included in the estimate. The warranty terms and conditions are available upon request and excludes damage or failure caused by events out of our control.

It depends on a number of factors. If it is an emergency involving safety of persons or property we can typically be on site the same day (Overtime Rates may apply). Other less urgent matters can be scheduled next day or whenever is convenient for the customer.
