Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer free estimates on maintenance agreements, projects and installs. Please call or email us and we will promptly respond with a competitive bid to take care of your needs.

Do you have a diagnostic fee?

Yes, we have a $350 + WSST minimum charge for a diagnostic visit. After we diagnose the problem we will provide a written estimate for your repair.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a warranty.  
Service:
All parts are covered by the manufacturers warranty and we cover our labor with a 90 day workmanship guarantee.
Install:
Equipment is covered by the manufacturers warranty and we cover our labor for up to 1 year from equipment startup based on the terms included in the estimate.
The warranty terms and conditions are available upon request and excludes damage or failure caused by events out of our control.

What is your typical response time?

It depends on a number of factors. If it is an emergency involving safety of persons or property we can typically be on site the same day (Overtime Rates may apply). Other less urgent matters can be scheduled next day or whenever is convenient for the customer.

We are based in Snohomish county. We currently service Snohomish (Everett, Monroe, Darrington, Arlington, Stanwood, Snohomish, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Brier, Bothell, Edmonds),  King County (Bothell, Shoreline, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Duvall, Carnation, Issaquah, North Bend, Preston, Kent, Covington, Auburn, Pacific, Renton, Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Federal Way), Skagit County (Mount Vernon, Sedro- Woolley, Anacortes), Island County (Oak Harbor, Freeland, Coupeville, Camano Island) and Whatcom Counties (Bellingham, Lynden, Ferndale), Pierce County (Tacoma, Yelm, Milton, Puyallup). We will service additional surrounding areas upon request.

Do you charge for travel time to my site?

Yes. Washington State Law requires employees to be paid for travel time to your jobsite. A service vehicle is considered their "prescribed workplace" and they are considered "on duty" when they are travelling to you.
